We strictly prohibit the re-sale of our products on third party websites without prior expressed written authorisation by ourselves. Any of our products found on third party websites without previous agreement with My-Furniture.com including (ebay and Amazon) will be immediately reported for termination and legal action will be taken against the company without warning, and the trade account will be terminated. For written permission to re-sell on line please email enquiries@my-furniture.com

1. By submitting an application to become a My-furniture.co.uk trade account holder the applicant accepts to comply in full with the terms and conditions that accompany the account.
2. There is a minimum spend of £350 per order in order to receive the 10% discount. Once above the £350 the discount is applicable to the full amount.
3. The account applicant is a UK or EU registered company and can provide registration details to that effect.
4. It is the applicant’s responsibility to provide proof that their company is a valid trading company and registered with Companies house.
5. Additional means of proof may be requested and be acceptable by the verification team.
6. Verification details maybe requested at any time and even after the account are already open and trading.
7. Once verification of the validity of the company is processed the applicant will be issued with a unique 10% voucher code.
8. This code is solely for the use of the account holder. The account holder is not permitted to share this or to make public in any way.
   
9. If misuse is suspected the account will be immediately terminated without notice.
10. A 10% discount is applicable on my-furniture.co.uk prices
11. No additional discount or combination of special promotions or other offers can be applied in conjunction to the trader's standard 10% discount.
12. If additional shipping is required by the customer to a Non UK mainland destination (UK mainland destination: as defined by My-furniture.co.uk) the account holder is obliged to pay the additional shipping costs in full and no discount will apply to these.
    
13. In failure to do so My Furniture retains the right to refuse the sale and will provide refund.
14. Returns and refunds will be standard as per My-furniture retail customers’ returns and refunds process.
15. My furniture products carry the logo and insignia of the My furniture.co.uk company on their packaging and instruction notes as standard.
16. My-furniture is not obliged to remove these unless there is a prior agreement with the account holder.
17. The Applicant must be a company that trades in home furnishings, interior design, property or similar home related industry. Applications from different fields will not be accepted.
